About this policy
Legends AI is provided by AEY on Apps. This policy describes information handled when you use the app, visit this website or contact support.
You do not need to create a Legends AI account. Some features use external services, including AI answer generation and optional iCloud backup. Privacy contact: aeyonapps@gmail.com.
Questions and AI answers
When you ask a question, the app sends the character name, your current question, language instructions and model settings to an AI service provider over HTTPS to generate an answer. Anything personal you include in the question or name is part of that request.
The AI request does not include your saved conversation history or character photo. New questions require an internet connection.
We currently use Groq and Cloudflare Workers AI to generate replies.
AI providers process request content and service metadata under their applicable policies. Storage and logging depend on the service and its configuration. See Groq’s data handling information, Cloudflare Workers AI’s data handling information and Cloudflare AI Gateway’s logging information.
Information saved on your device
The app saves question and answer history, character names and other character details, dates, custom character photos, language, model and reminder preferences, and information used to apply the daily limit and advertising settings.
Saved history and custom characters are stored in the app’s local database. Photos you choose are copied into the app’s local storage. Daily-limit information uses the device Keychain. Depending on your device settings, some app data may also be included in system backups.
If you share an entry, the app passes its question, character name and answer to the sharing option you select. The receiving app or service then handles that information under its own policies.
Optional iCloud backup and restore
When you choose to back up, Legends AI uploads saved characters, their photos and question-and-answer history to your private iCloud database using Apple CloudKit. An available iCloud account is required.
Restore downloads a saved backup and replaces the app’s current local characters and history. This is a user-initiated backup and restore feature, not continuous synchronization.
Deleting local records does not immediately delete an existing iCloud backup. Apple handles iCloud information under its Privacy Policy.
App configuration, analytics and diagnostics
The app uses Firebase Remote Config to obtain app settings, including available AI models and reminder configuration. Firebase uses installation identifiers to deliver configuration values.
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics help us understand usage and diagnose problems. Information can include screen views and app events, device and operating system details, installation identifiers, error information and crash diagnostics. These services can process information outside your device.

Advertising and tracking choices
Legends AI uses Google AdMob to display ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK can process IP addresses, device or app identifiers, advertising interactions and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and help prevent fraud.
Access to the advertising identifier and tracking covered by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency rules depend on your permission. When tracking is not authorized, the app requests non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing.
You can manage tracking permission in your device’s privacy settings. Remove Ads disables in-app advertising; it does not turn off Firebase configuration, analytics or crash reporting.

Purchases
Apple processes purchases through the App Store. Legends AI uses purchase and entitlement information to unlock and restore purchased features. We do not receive your payment card details through the app.

Website visits and support
This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting. Google processes incoming-request IP addresses for abuse detection and usage analysis. This website does not add analytics scripts, advertising scripts, tracking cookies or a user account system.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to respond and help resolve your request. Only include information needed to explain the issue.
Retention and deletion
You can delete individual history entries in the app. Saved characters can be deleted separately. Deleting a character does not also delete its separate history records or an earlier iCloud backup.
Clearing local data does not erase information already handled by AI, analytics, advertising or backup services. Those services have their own retention and deletion processes, described in the links above. A later successful backup replaces the main saved iCloud backup, but local deletion alone is not a cloud-deletion action.
For questions about personal information associated with your use of Legends AI, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email aeyonapps@gmail.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant records. Requests concerning information controlled by Apple or Google may also need to be made to that provider.
Service providers and changes
The providers described above handle information for AI processing, app configuration, analytics, diagnostics, advertising, purchases, backup and website hosting. They may process information outside your country under their applicable policies and safeguards.
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The revised policy will appear here with an updated date.
